Manage the daily financial administration and provide management with accurate financial reports in order to keep growing the European organization and establish its name as the leading producer of baby carriers and toys.
As a Finance Manager, your duties will include managing accounting records, budgeting, forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting cash flow, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. You will aid our organization in maintaining positive cash flow and financial growth, ask critical questions to sales and management, safeguard the financial processes in place, support the sales team with accurate data and create a sound financial plan to guide the organization through this challenging economic climate.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, is organized, has a hands-on mentality, can work independently, takes decisions easily, is versatile, has a broad financial background, has a flair for technical improvements and is a good communicator. The focus for the position is on timely and accurate financial reporting, improving processes, reports and systems, and regulatory compliance.
● Prepare financial / management reports
● Prepare income statements and budgeting processes
● Manage of one accounting staff and external accountants in NL and FR
● Manage Cash Flow- 13 week cash flow report, AR days, AP days, Inventory days.
● Evaluate and manage customer risk- accounts receivable and related credit insurance
● Analyze financial data, coordinate audit processes and monitor internal controls
● Manage financial transactions, streamlining accounting functions
● Coordinate financially related processes, such as HR


● Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
● Proven experience in finance management planning, 5-10 years
● Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred), inventory valuation, supply chain
● Experience in working with multiple legal entities
● Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
● Analytical skills
● Proficient in Excel; exposure to dashboard tools or report generators
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Comfortable in an international environment with colleagues in Hong Kong, France, US, UK
● Fluent in English; French is a plus
● Experience with EDI consultants or testing.
