To plan, develop and execute commercial and technology development processes in R&D/Process Development, in order to achieve financial, business and strategic objectives as stated in the strategic plans. The Director Process Development is responsible to plan, develop and execute commercial and technology development processes in R&D/Process Development and transfer them to the cGMP environment, in order to achieve financial, business and strategic objectives of the Business Unit. He/she works very closely together with the scientists and project managers to create maximum value for both customers and DSM and co-represents DSM Biologics at customer visits. He/she supervises the team leaders and the support managers in order to guarantee a fast and flawless execution of process development work within time, budget and special requirements of the customer and with a strong focus on continuous improvement Qualifications   ·       Masters of Science degree, and preferably PhD, in Biology, Biochemistry or Bioprocess Technology ·         Skills in people management ·         Proficient in English, both in oral and written communication ·         Good communication and social skills ·         Excellent presentation, planning and organization ...
