As a 3D rendering and visualization specialist in OMA’s Rotterdam studio, you produce high-quality renderings, animations, and videos that illuminate architectural designs. You collaborate closely with project teams to shape visual narratives across international projects. The role blends technical mastery with creativity, including motion graphics and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate concept development. This is an opportunity to influence design communication in a leading, globally connected practice.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and videos for architectural design projects
Collaborate closely with project teams to integrate visuals into design workflows
Develop and refine visual narratives through detailed composition and material realism
Leverage AI-assisted visualization tools to speed up workflow and explore design variants
Prepare visuals and presentation materials for client and internal reviews
Apply realistic bespoke material simulations and ensure technical accuracy of images

Belangrijkste vereisten

3+ years of proven experience in 3D architectural rendering, illustration, and graphic design in a large architecture office or equivalent
Proficiency in 3ds Max is mandatory
Experience with Corona for 3ds Max, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
Experience with ForestPack plug-in for 3ds Max
Unreal Engine 5+ experience is a plus
Working knowledge of Revit
Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative
Experience with AI-assisted visualization tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Runway) to enhance renderings is a plus
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
Willingness to learn new software and digital tools
Degree in architecture or related graphic disciplines is preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Self-disciplined and strong team player
Ability to work in an international environment
