Verantwoordelijkheden

Manage client accounts independently within the account team
Prepare financial statements (annual accounts) and file with the Chamber of Commerce
Review corporate tax returns
Identify and report complex issues to management
Coordinate with external advisors (banks, lawyers, notaries, tax consultants)
Maintain the company information system and compliance file; input corporate changes timely
Monitor transactions for incoming/outgoing payments
Attend meetings with clients and advisors
Debtors collection

Belangrijkste vereisten

BA in Financial Management, e.g. Accountancy or Business Economics
More than 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the Trust sector
Strong written and spoken Dutch and English; another European language preferred
Good communication and concise writing skills
Good knowledge of Millogic
Verbal and written skills in Dutch and English; additional European language preferred
