As an Account Manager, you will drive growth in the emerging medicinal crops segment by building a global network of Cannabis, strawberry and lettuce growers. You will travel internationally to win new customers, manage a diverse portfolio, and collaborate with the Business Development team to secure trials and new sales. The role blends field sales with strategic account management to expand Grodan’s market share in high-tech horticulture. Your work supports cross-unit collaboration and contributes to Grodan’s growth trajectory in a fast-evolving market.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Unlock large business opportunities by targeting licenced cannabis producers and expanding sales to Western European strawberry and lettuce growers
Create and execute sales plans, manage a diverse customer portfolio, and drive revenue
Coordinate trials with the Business Development team to validate products in new crops
Maintain regular field presence across Europe and beyond, and attend team meetings at head office
Provide market, company, and technical feedback to inform product and strategy
Collaborate with local marketing and other Grodan business units to support cultivation advice
Represent Grodan at tradeshows, workshops, and industry initiatives
