The Role

They are seeking an AI Innovation Lead to spearhead the artificial intelligence strategy and innovation agenda. You will be responsible for identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-driven opportunities across the business. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams, you'll ensure that AI adoption is not just about technology, but about creating meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI innovation roadmap, aligning with business strategy.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and assess their potential for practical application.
• Drive ideation, prototyping, and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into products, services, and operations.
• Build a culture of innovation, experimentation, and ethical AI adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI tools/partnerships.
• Track and report on AI initiatives, measuring ROI and business outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience in AI, data science, or innovation leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and automation technologies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping or deploying AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for innovation, with a forward-looking mindset on ethical AI and emerging trends.
