In this role you will support international clients by delivering high-quality corporate law services within a trusted fiduciary services environment. You will work with an experienced team to handle day-to-day domiciliaries, compliance, and governance matters for client companies. You will contribute to maintaining high compliance standards and client satisfaction while collaborating with accountants, tax advisors, and notaries. This is an opportunity to develop expertise in Dutch corporate law within a global, integrity-driven firm.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Manage day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client companies
Draft standard legal documents (proxies, board/shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, agreements)
Coordinate appointments/resignations of directors; oversee incorporations, share transfers, liquidations
Review third-party drafted documents; maintain compliance files
Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisors, and notaries
Monitor client transactions and engage specialists for compliance, legal, accounting, and tax
Convene and attend client board meetings; prepare minutes
Attend client and advisor meetings

Belangrijkste vereisten

2+ years in a legal account management role within a fiduciary services company in the Netherlands
Effective communication across all levels of the business
Master in Dutch corporate and/or tax law; thorough understanding of Dutch corporate law
Fluent English; Dutch language is a bonus; strong written and verbal communication
