Experteer Overview

In this role, you’ll safeguard AWS cloud services by maintaining data center hardware, networks, and components. You will work with cross-functional teams to quickly diagnose and repair issues, supporting 24/7 operations. The position involves on-call work, escalation, and contributing to process improvements to improve service availability. This is a hands-on role with real impact on reliability and cost efficiency for customers.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components
Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents affecting service availability
Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders
Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management
Contribute to documentation and process improvements
Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members

Belangrijkste vereisten

1+ years of computer networking experience
1+ years of Linux operating systems experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in computer networking and Linux operating systems
Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
