In this role you drive the regional Digital Pathology business for Benelux, implementing DP strategies and growing market share. You work with Account Managers to manage opportunities from lead to implementation, delivering DP projects aligned with customer needs. You collaborate with the regional and EMEA teams to sustain above-market growth and coordinate with IT departments to design and deploy DP solutions. This position offers remote work within Benelux and a chance to help Leica advance cancer diagnostics.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Execute regional Digital Pathology business strategy with a focus on market share growth
- Collaborate with Account Managers to advance DP opportunities across the funnel, from lead to implementation
- Plan and deliver DP projects that meet customer needs and expectations
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement, Regional Sales Managers and EMEA DP & Workflow teams to drive growth
- Liaise with Customer IT departments to design and deploy DP solutions
- Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica's market share
- Support tender responses with technical and application input
Belangrijkste vereisten
- University degree in IT, Engineering or Medical Sciences
- Several years of sales experience in Health Care IT environments
- Knowledge of LIS, HIS, PACS and hospital/lab information systems
- Excellent English and Dutch communication skills; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within defined territory
- Experience in Imaging and Digital Pathology is advantageous
