In this role you lead the EMEA technology agenda to enable New Balance’s regional growth and digital transformation. You partner with regional and global tech teams and business functions to deliver value through technology initiatives and a scalable tech stack. You will drive strategic IT direction, foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, and mentor future leaders while navigating a matrix organization. The position offers regional impact, travel across the EMEA region, and close collaboration with global technology leadership.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Set and communicate IT strategy aligned with regional and global goals
Lead digital transformation to improve efficiency and customer engagement
Mentor and develop future leaders; build bench strength
Advance change management and adoption of new technologies
Manage stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies
Oversee day-to-day technology operations, security, and reliability
Manage regional technology budget and large-scale projects
Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with global standards

Belangrijkste vereisten

Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
Senior IT leadership experience in the region or similar context
Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
Proven change leadership in complex, matrix-led organizations
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and business applications
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Experience with digital transformation and ERP (Dynamics 365)
Experience with retail and e-commerce platforms in the industry
Willingness to travel 40–50% and to work in-office/hybrid
