Key Accountabilities:

• Be the "go to person" on all Event Management topics within the Netherlands, for both internal & external stakeholders
• Lead the local Event Management team both operationally and as a direct manager overseeing event scheduling, planning and weekly Rota management as well as feedback session, objective settings and contributing to the team's development
• Be a key contact for our (event) Webcast Engineers & Technicians to ensure smooth coordination of upcoming webinars & webcasts and for the studio's setup to be ready for the clients' events
• Be the back up for busy periods as an Event Manager
• Manage/coordinate the internal and external suppliers, including budget and payment management support
• Be a trusted support and advisor to our customers (C-Level) within various fields
• Coordinate and communicate on local activities across Euronext Corporate Solutions and with key stakeholders in Euronext Group
• Identify new market developments and lead internal change with your team
• Work on specific projects at group and local level

Kandidaat

Knowledge, Personality, Skills and Experience Required

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in event management related role
• Be client-oriented and able to deliver to high standards together with the team you lead
• Firsthand experience in management within a high paced working environment
• Experience in dealing with corporate clients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible, proactive, result and service-focused
• Adaptable and able to maintain a good overview of many topics simultaneously
• Excellent command of both English and Dutch required. Good German a distinct advantage
• IT acumen and interest in the Webcast/Webinars business
