Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver after-sales service for Premier Tech machines across Europe, including occasional non-EU sites. You will service, retrofit, and train customers on their equipment, acting as the face of Premier Tech at client sites. The role requires frequent travel to customer locations and strong problem-solving to maintain performance and uptime. You will collaborate with engineering and international teams to implement software modifications and ensure ongoing service and customer satisfaction. This position offers a dynamic, global environment where you help optimize automated packaging solutions and shape the customer experience.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Prepare retrofit programs and software modifications
- Install retrofits to optimize existing machines
- Perform tests to verify equipment function
- Train customers to operate their equipment
- Coordinate follow-up service for equipment
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues
- Recommend maintenance plans, parts, or adjustments
- Occasionally assist in installing automated equipment with engineering teams and international service centers
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Strong service orientation and commercial acumen
- College training in instrumentation and automation, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or electrodynamics; plus technical automation training
- Ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components
- Proficiency with PLCs such as Siemens S7, Siemens TIA; SEW frequency drives
- Experience with Sigmatek programming; Fanuc Robots an asset
- Independent, flexible, analytical mindset
- Excellent English communication; additional languages beneficial
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (70–75%); driving license B
- Based near Eersel, the Netherlands, or open to home-based arrangement
