In this role you own and guide liability customer behavioural risk and replication models within ING's Banking Risk team. You shape the lifecycle and governance of ALM-related behavioural risk models across global stakeholders. You will liaise with Senior Management to support risk analyses, reviews, and regulatory alignment, driving improvements in the ALM modelling landscape. This position offers broad impact across international teams and a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and professional growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Act as Product Owner for liability customer behavioural risk and replication models
Oversee model lifecycle management for assets and liability behavioural risk and replication models
Provide global functional steering of customer behavioural risk and replication models
Maintain relationships with model stakeholders worldwide
Conduct periodic asset and liability reviews
Perform financial risk analyses and assessments
Advise Senior Management and Committees
Enhance the ALM modelling landscape
Review Minimum Standards and Governance
Monitor alignment to Financial Risk and modelling standards

Belangrijkste vereisten

Quantitative background with broad understanding of market risks (interest rate, liquidity, FX)
Knowledge of ALM and regulatory developments
Solid understanding of risk management principles and financial products
Proficient in data analysis (Python) and BI tools (Power BI)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to adhere to ING values and Banker's Oath
Ability to operate in a dynamic, international banking environment
