In this role you lead the IT function for a site or site cluster, acting as the IT business partner on the Site Steering Committee. You coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure IT services, security, and adherence to standards meet site needs. You drive service levels, incident resolution, and project prioritization in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will enable efficient operations, cost control, and a customer-service oriented IT footprint aligned with the company’s aerospace focus.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Act as IT liaison for Site Directors and Site Functional Leads within the SSC
Intervene to resolve site-specific incidents or changes in collaboration with Operations, Applications, and Cyber teams
Escalate priority issues during Daily Drumbeat calls as needed
Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
Prioritize incidents, changes, and projects according to site expectations
Coordinate with IT Functional Leads to maintain service levels for infrastructure, applications, security, and service desk
Provide site-based IT management support in collaboration with global IT teams in a matrix organization
Act as IT Business Partner for the site as a SSC member
Steer IT resources with IT Functional Leads to resolve IT issues
Implement and monitor IT policies/procedures; manage device deployment for efficiency and cost control
Support Global/Regional IT operations and adherence to IT standards
Contribute to annual IT budget process
Oversee IT services within the site; maintain customer-service focus
Ensure IT security requirements across sites
Provide pastoral support to site-based IT staff (facilities, health, safety, wellbeing)
Perform other duties as assigned

Belangrijkste vereisten

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Systems experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 5 years of people management and project management experience
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, listening, and constructive challenge skills in a matrix environment
Proven leadership capabilities and ability to guide teams to results
Proactive, independent judgment with professionalism and adaptability
Ability to work with management in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and project-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong organizational and planning abilities
Experience with multi-reporting structures and site-based presence; willing to travel
