In this role you support Dutch entity administration and financial reporting within a small, international services team. You will work under the Senior Financial Account Manager to maintain client records, prepare annual accounts, and handle day-to-day financial tasks. The position offers growth into an independent role and exposure to cross-functional collaboration with lawyers and accountants. You’ll contribute to compliant, timely reporting and proactive client support in a fast-growing firm.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Set up and maintain client administrations
Liaise with clients on financial matters
Prepare statutory annual accounts
File accounts with local authorities
Prepare periodic reports
Assist with day-to-day client activities
Prepare and file VAT reports
Liaise with auditors and tax advisors

Belangrijkste vereisten

Academic degree in Accountancy, Finance, and Economics
3-4 years of relevant work experience in trust sector, accounting firm, or corporate services
Basic knowledge of Dutch VAT
Basic knowledge of Dutch GAAP
Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and be flexible
Responsible and proactive attitude
Accurate with an eye for detail
