Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead financial due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, refinancing, and IPO initiatives, helping clients make informed deal decisions. You will tailor analyses to each project, ranging from high-level snapshots to detailed financial X-ray examinations, assessing drivers, risks, and value additions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and clients to maximize deal outcomes, coach teammates, and contribute to a globally integrated Deals practice.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Assess target company finances to identify risks, drivers, and opportunities for buyers
  • Deliver tailored due diligence analyses—from snapshots to detailed financial X-ray as required
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional specialists (tax, strategy, carve-out, IT) to optimize deal value
  • Support both buy-side and sell-side engagements and participate in pre- and post-deal strategic discussions
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and proposals
  • Engage with clients to understand needs and communicate insights effectively

Belangrijkste vereisten

  • Experience in financial due diligence within an advisory context or related finance analysis background
  • Ability to identify key issues, deliver timely outcomes, and communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration across internal and external partners
  • Comfort with leading or contributing to multi-disciplinary project teams and client discussions
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial information and projections to identify commercial drivers
