As Manager in PwC’s Deals DDV team, you will lead operational value work across pre- and post-deal phases for PE and corporate clients. You will combine data analytics with sector experience to identify opportunities, assess risks, and design actionable value creation plans. You’ll drive transformation initiatives, support carve-out and operational due diligence, and coach junior colleagues while maintaining senior client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of operations and finance, supporting faster, more confident deal decisions in a global, diverse environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible value and help shape the execution strategy of deals

Verantwoordelijkheden

Lead and deliver across pre- and post-deal phases to identify operational value opportunities and issues
Conduct Operational Due Diligence to identify opportunities and risks in operations
Support Carve-out Due Diligence to maximize value from divestments
Lead Pre-deal value creation efforts to identify and quantify upside and develop implementation plans
Identify operational gaps and provide recommendations to drive value creation
Develop implementation plans and identify savings using a driver-based approach and benchmarking
Drive transformation initiatives focused on short- and long-term value realization
Coach and lead junior and senior colleagues
Maintain executive-level client relationships throughout project phases

Belangrijkste vereisten

At least 6 years of relevant experience
University degree in business administration, science, engineering or related discipline
Team player with consulting and/or operational performance improvement background
Experience in corporate M&A teams, COO support roles or operation consulting preferred
Understanding of core operational functions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Procurement, Sales)
Analytical with comfort using financial information
Ability to lead, motivate and provide high-quality advisory
Commercially minded with strong social skills
Strong written and spoken English; Dutch skills appreciated
