As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop robust manufacturing processes, drive zero-defect execution, and lead continuous improvement across development and operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to solve complex manufacturing problems and implement effective process controls. You’ll work on product launches, first articles, and build-process definitions, ensuring quality and efficiency. Verantwoordelijkheden

Develop manufacturing process solutions for complex products
Lead production planning using Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) tools to achieve high process capability
Support product development, first article builds, configuration changes, and define/build processes
Own end-to-end process responsibility for the assigned area and maintain/update process documentation
Oversee tooling, machinery, and material flow; manage gauges and measurement controls
Lead Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste; resolve day-to-day process issues
Drive improvements in labor, overhead, scrap reduction, quality, and productivity
Support innovative and advanced projects led by the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team

Belangrijkste vereisten

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
at least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
strong problem-solving and analytical skills
competent in the field with ability to provide technical input and engage with customers and suppliers
results-driven with a focus on meeting deadlines and continuous improvements
working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000
fluent in English (written and spoken)
active collaboration and ability to work across functions and disciplines
ability to supervise others and apply technical knowledge across multiple areas
commercial awareness and support for the broader technical community
