In this role you will manage the accounting for a client portfolio within our Structured Finance & Capital Market Services team in Amsterdam. You will work with international colleagues to ensure high-quality financial activities, reporting, and compliance. You will prepare SPV-related reports, assist audits, and support system and reporting improvements that enhance client service. This position offers a hands-on, proactive environment in an internationally oriented trust boutique with a focus on private clients and family-owned businesses. You will influence reporting quality and processes across the portfolio, contributing to the firm’s mission of reliable, compliant financial services.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Oversee planning and deadlines for a client portfolio, ensuring quality of work
Manage transaction obligations, data reconciliation, journal entries and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
Prepare financial statements, SPV-related reports, and annual reports
Support audit processes and regulatory reporting to central banks
Ensure procedures comply with applicable laws and internal policies
Identify and resolve issues arising during work
Participate in system implementation and reporting optimization projects
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and other company offices
Coach junior accountants

Belangrijkste vereisten

University degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally at a multinational, financial institution, fiduciary services, or accounting/audit firm
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
Interest in international financial markets and financial instruments
Proficient in MS Excel
