In this role you will support Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity Solutions team in executing LP-led secondary investments across a global private markets program. You will work with senior professionals on deal teams to assess opportunities, build financial models, and monitor portfolio performance. The role blends rigorous analysis with cross-functional collaboration to advance the team’s secondary and private equity initiatives. You will contribute to marketing materials and strategic projects that scale our private markets capability. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape investment outcomes in a high-impact, growth-focused environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Support sourcing, due diligence, and evaluation of secondary opportunities by reviewing investment materials and meeting fund managers
Develop and update financial analyses for the secondary process (pricing analyses, comps, LBOs, return projections with sensitivity)
Create and update marketing materials for secondary initiatives
Collaborate on strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams (technology, data, marketing, sourcing, business planning)

Belangrijkste vereisten

Undergraduate degree from a leading university
2-3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking, with secondary experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication
Extensive quantitative modeling experience and solid understanding of valuation
Excellent project management and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
High intellectual curiosity about private equity and capital markets
