In this role, you drive large-scale, AI-enabled organizational change within utilities, helping clients redefine work, roles, and leadership for a digital-by-default era. You design and lead enterprise change programs that integrate GenAI, data, and human-centered approaches to deliver fast, scalable outcomes. You guide governance and accountability while coaching teams to operate effectively in human + digital environments. You’ll contribute to business development and foster trusted client relationships, all while advancing responsible use of AI.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and Generative AI contexts
Lead and design enterprise change programs to sustain transformation as roles and work methods evolve with technology
Define and enable GenAI usage across organizations, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impact, and governance
Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change, informing decisions
Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools
Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and engaging content
Leverage GenAI to accelerate change delivery while ensuring quality, tone, and impact
Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation
Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships
Be willing to travel to support clients

Belangrijkste vereisten

Minimum 5 years as a consulting practitioner
Minimum 3 years of Organization Change Management experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
Minimum 2 years of Utilities industry experience
