In this role, you own the operational lifecycle of Leaseweb’s Dedicated Server portfolio to ensure a reliable, scalable, and efficient offering. You’ll align backend product catalogs, configurations, and stakeholder processes across global data centers. You will drive lifecycle transitions, optimize occupancy and utilization, and reduce operational waste through disciplined data and process management. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how hardware is configured, stocked, and delivered at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Own the operational life cycle process of Dedicated Server models and configurations
Maintain documentation, ordering rules, and backend product catalogs
Drive consistency across global data center delivery
Ensure operational readiness for hardware transitions and lifecycle changes
Monitor component lifecycle (EOL/EOS, firmware, vendor availability) and plan transitions with supply chain
Update standard configurations and reduce legacy complexity
Monitor utilization, stock, and lead times; adjust configurations to improve utilization
Collaborate with data center operations on capacity and availability planning
Own backend data accuracy for materials, components, and configuration attributes
Maintain orderable configurations, dependencies and stock rules
Ensure inventory data supports quoting, provisioning and delivery
Improve documentation for internal teams and support processes

Belangrijkste vereisten

3–6 years’ experience in Product Management or Operations (preferably in IaaS, hosting, or IT infrastructure)
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing or equivalent field
Familiarity with server hardware and components
Strong execution focus with high attention to detail
Able to manage lifecycle initiatives across multiple regions
Effective collaborator across technical and operational functions
Process minded and analytical, comfortable with data, metrics, and decision making under ambiguity
