What to ExpectWe are seeking an energetic, team-oriented people-person to be responsible for the performance of Quality Technicians at Tilburg Remanufacturing. The Quality Supervisor will manage a team of Quality Technicians to ensure they perform at a high level while meeting the needs of the production floor and product quality. The individual will be responsible for quality assurance related metrics and for performance managing their team to generate the highest value from every employee while maintaining a high level of technical ability.What You’ll Do

• Delegate responsibilities and manage schedules for a team of Quality Technicians
• Provide coaching and training to Quality Technicians
• Escalate quality issues to Management and Engineering as needed
• Drive improvements in quality operations
• Assist Quality Technicians on in-line decision making
• Provide regular reports & updates to Quality team and Management
• Assist in management of material disposition

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience with a team of 10 or more employees
• Experience with quality systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Certification in a quality-related field such as six-sigma, TQM, or equivalent a plus
• Experienced in ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S, TPS, TQM, etc highly desired
• Familiarity with measurement system analysis (physical measurement techniques i.e. CMM, optical comparator) and analytical techniques like GD&T, Gage R&R
• Familiarity with dealing with Part Quality Issues and SORTs/SCARs
• Experience in fast paced manufacturing process
• Easily demonstrate ability to drive issues to root cause solutions in previous experience
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ability to pull and manipulate data in SQL, basic statistical knowledge (capability, t-tests, etc.)
• Good command of the English language,
