Verantwoordelijkheden

Inspect and scope jobs onsite with the PM/crew chief/lead tech
Document losses with photos and upload into system
Write reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and other estimating software
Communicate key information via notes in required software
Estimate costs following carrier audit standards and client feedback
Coordinate with project manager/lead tech to ensure documentation completeness
Record drying status using mobile software
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters
Manage estimate documents and assess project risks
Review quotes and estimates with construction project team
Address estimate exceptions promptly
