Deliver high customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Authorize discounts and address customer inquiries as the first point of contact
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador
Build and maintain professional customer relationships
Create outfits for customers and propose further product recommendations
Assess customer needs and provide information on product features
Lead store KPIs and suggest improvements
Ensure store and stockroom upkeep, presentation, and organization
