Verantwoordelijkheden

Identify and secure new business opportunities to aggressively expand market share
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business Units contacts in Taiwan, FAEs, overseas factories, and logistics) to ensure seamless project execution
Manage and scale existing accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction
Monitor sales results, stock levels, and market coverage; provide accurate forecasting to management
Travel (approx. 30%) for customer visits, joint end-user meetings, and representation at industry exhibitions

Belangrijkste vereisten

3+ years of proven B2B sales success (Power Supply or Electronics industry highly preferred)
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time
Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English
