As a Functional Application Manager in the SAP-AM team, you will maintain and optimize our SAP landscape (SD/MM, Q2C, CPQ, Commerce, C4C) in a fast-changing environment. You will work closely with key users and process owners to support continuous improvement of processes and system performance. You’ll help scale our SAP solution for international growth and ensure smooth incident handling, testing, and release activities. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how SAP integrates with other applications and by professionalizing testing and handover practices. Your work will contribute to a cross-functional, innovation-driven culture at Leaseweb.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Initiate and drive continuous improvement of SAP interactions with other applications
Handle incidents and proactively optimize SAP systems
Support international growth by adding entities to SAP
Test updates, improvements, and new SAP versions before releases
Stay updated on SD/MM developments and potential benefits for Leaseweb (Q2C, CPQ, Commerce, C4C)
Professionalize the team by creating test scenarios and ensuring proper documentation handover
Improve frontend processes by optimizing CPQ variant configuration
Provide end-user training

Belangrijkste vereisten

2+ years of experience with SAP SD/MM and Q2C processes
Experience with Billing processes involving Billing Plans and Contract Management
Understanding of sales document status configurations and processes
Knowledge of SAP CRM, C4C, CPQ, Commerce or PM is a plus
Proactive team player with strong communication and social skills
Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of integrations with 3rd party systems (Adyen, DocuSign) is a plus
Fluent in English
