Senior Accounting Manager

We are a leading private equity firm based in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on real estate investments.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial administration of the real estate investment structures. You will act as a financial sparring partner to internal stakeholders and external advisors, while guiding and mentoring junior accountants within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process for real estate investment entities
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Dutch GAAP (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Supervise and coach junior accountants, ensuring high-quality output and professional development
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel
• Support senior management with financial insights and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or private equity
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is considered an advantage
• Proven experience in mentoring or supervising junior finance professionals
• Analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and excellent communication skills
