In this role you own the creative vision across CGI stills, animations and interactive experiences for high-end fashion, sportswear and luxury brands. You lead creative direction from briefs to delivery, guiding teams and safeguarding quality at scale. You collaborate with project managers, creative technologists and CGI teams to ensure visuals are exceptional and aligned with client objectives. You also direct virtual shoots with a strong handle on lighting, materials and real-world product representation. This role supports INDG’s mission to turn products into hyper-realistic digital twins at global scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Own the creative vision and execution quality across multiple projects from concept to delivery
Translate client briefs into clear creative direction
Develop concepts using pitch decks, mood boards, storyboards and sketches
Direct CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, camera and overall look & feel
Ensure visual realism and brand alignment across stills, animations and interactive outputs
Perform ongoing creative QA, review renders/animations and troubleshoot scenes
Collaborate with Project Managers/Producers to align ambition with scope and timelines
Present and defend concepts in client conversations as a senior creative partner
Stay updated with fashion visualization, CGI and real-time/AI-driven production trends
Contribute to visual standards, best practices and creative guidelines for scalable workflows
Lead and inspire international CGI teams, fostering quality, ownership and collaboration

Belangrijkste vereisten

5+ years in a senior art direction or lead creative role, ideally CGI, fashion or agency
Strong CGI art direction with hands-on knowledge of 3D pipelines, virtual production and digital lighting
Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver high quality under tight timelines
Excellent eye for detail, composition and realism with a strong portfolio or reel
Experience working with brands and stakeholders, comfortable presenting and explaining decisions
Ability to balance creative ambition with production constraints, milestones and delivery pressure
Hands-on mindset to jump into production and lead smaller projects end-to-end
Passion for product storytelling; fashion experience is a plus
Strong communication and fluency in English
