Verantwoordelijkheden
- Advise clients on legal and fiscal opportunities and interpret relevant regulations
- Evaluate products and restructure or create corporate and private legal entities
- Serve as intermediary between internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to team reputation as a proactive provider in trust and corporate services
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Masters in Dutch Corporate, Fiscal, Notary or Private Law
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in financial or legal services
