In this role you support international clients as a corporate services lawyer, providing strategic legal and fiscal guidance. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide strategic legal and fiscal guidance to clients and prospects
- Evaluate products and set up corporate and private legal structures
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute as a core team member to sustain the firm’s reputation in trust and corporate services
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master in Dutch Corporate, Fiscal, Notary or Private Law
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in financial or legal services
