In this role you help clients shape IT and digital strategy within M&A contexts, focusing on pre- and post-deal IT due diligence, carve-out, and integration to reveal value. You work in cross-functional teams to assess technology capabilities, investment risks, and synergies, communicating recommendations to C-level stakeholders. The position sits in PwC’s DDV team, offering exposure to digital transformation and technology-enabled deal value. You will collaborate with specialists across related services and contribute to high-impact deals.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Conduct IT Due Diligence to assess tech effectiveness and alignment with business goals
Support carve-out, integration, and IT synergy assessments in buy- and sell-side deals
Identify technology opportunities and risks to drive growth and performance improvements
Create value by outlining IT and digital levers for deal value realization
Communicate findings to C-level clients (CEO, CFO, CIO) and influence decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams focusing on advanced due diligence, divestment support, and operating model design

Belangrijkste vereisten

Three+ years of IT experience in consulting, Big 4, or relevant corporate IT strategy/transformation
University degree in computer science, information science, artificial intelligence or related discipline
Deal and M&A IT experience is a plus
Commercial mindset and strong social skills
Ability to deliver board-level quality advice and high-quality reporting
Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus
