In this role you assess documents for signature, balance company and client interests, and involve specialists as needed. You guide clients on Dutch company law, identify legal, fiscal, and administrative issues, and maintain proactive relationships with advisers and authorities. You contribute to high-quality standards, ensure compliance, and oversee client companies in collaboration with Notaries and banks. You will also support business development and client management in a global specialist environment driven by integrity and long-term relationships.

Assess whether documents can be signed with regard to manager and client interests
Detect tax and legal implications of transactions and involve specialists
Guide clients on Dutch company law
Identify and resolve legal, fiscal, and administrative issues with specialists' involvement
Maintain relationships with advisers and clients and develop those connections
Represent the company in external relations
Maintain contact with authorities and ensure regulatory compliance
Ensure customer acceptance and periodic reviews considering service risks
Establish client companies in collaboration with notaries and banks
Accept Directorship roles of client companies subject to approval
Prepare documents (powers of attorney, shareholder and board resolutions, agreements) and assess them
Organize and take minutes of board and shareholders meetings
Contribute to and monitor high-quality standards
Compliance with and monitoring of internal procedures
Supervise Corporate and Support Officers

Belangrijkste vereisten

Completed study of Dutch, notarial, and/or tax law
3–5+ years of relevant experience at a trust office, law firm, tax advisory or notary office, or as a corporate lawyer in corporate/business law
Willingness to increase legal and tax knowledge
Numerical and analytical skills
Ability to oversee client-company issues with a holistic view
Strong communication skills (externally and internally)
Proficiency in Dutch and English for document preparation and client communication; additional language is an advantage
Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term client relationships
Reliable, proactive, decisive; flexible and deadline-driven
Team player with responsibility and commitment
Interest in development in business development and account management using legal/tax knowledge
