- Analyse behavioural data to inform business decisions
- Apply NLP techniques to text datasets to extract value
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into live systems
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimise models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Belangrijkste vereisten
- End-to-end ML development and deployment experience
- Strong behavioural data analysis background
- Hands-on NLP experience (text preprocessing, embeddings, model architectures)
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML infrastructure and MLOps best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
