Senior Financial Analyst

Role

• Prepare and continuously enhance the monthly financial reporting pack for the region
• Lead and support actuals and forecast reporting processes using financial consolidation tools
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and business case evaluations
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that consolidate data across multiple ERP systems
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for finance and executive leadership
• Support strategic initiatives such as S&OP planning, customer segmentation, and business transformation
• Identify improvements in data architecture and reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment
• Collaborate with country-level finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders across the region

Candidate

• Located in The Netherlands
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, KPIs, and corporate finance principles
• Demonstrated ability to generate insights through financial modeling and data interpretation
• Experience with consolidation/reporting platforms and an understanding of accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP or IFRS)
• Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard creation; experience with other BI tools is an advantage
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and data architecture for financial and operational reporting
• Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable outcomes
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to finance and non-finance audiences
