We are representing a leading financial services group. They are seeking a Senior Financial Manager - Trust Expertise to join their high-performing team in the Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment, supporting complex investment structures and delivering strategic financial oversight with a strong focus on trust services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key financial advisor to clients, with a focus on trust structures and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Oversee the financial integrity and compliance of trust and holding structures across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with investment, legal, and tax teams to support deal structuring and execution.
  • Review and present financial reports, investor updates, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and firm-wide governance standards.
  • Act as a liaison with external advisors, including auditors, legal counsel, and tax consultants.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting quality, and client service delivery.
  • Mentor junior finance professionals and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, RA, or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of solid accounting experience, ideally within private equity, trust services, or financial advisory.
  • Proven expertise in trust management, corporate structuring, and cross-border financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of Dutch GAAP
