In this role you will shape OpenText’s people strategy in the Netherlands, ensuring alignment with global culture and values. You will lead the works council agenda, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and driving collaboration between management and employee representation. You will steer organizational design, change initiatives, and workforce readiness, including AI First programs, to enable growth and transformation. This position offers a global, collaborative environment where you influence organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Lead the works council relationship: agenda setting, negotiations, strategic alignment
Ensure Dutch labor law compliance and alignment with global HR policies with focus on employee relations
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to implement scalable HR processes
Translate business strategy into actionable people plans supporting performance, growth, and transformation
Drive strategic programs such as AI First to support innovation and workforce readiness
Facilitate leadership pipeline and succession planning discussions
Champion employee engagement, performance management, and inclusion initiatives
Oversee HR operations including workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and labor relations

Belangrijkste vereisten

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational environments
Extensive experience managing works council relationships and navigating Dutch labor law
Proven ability to operate at strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced organization
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
Fluency in Dutch and English
