As Senior Manager Web & App Analytics for adidas EU eCom, you drive growth through data by leading a analytics team that supports CX, digital merchandising and activation. You will own KPI reporting, insights, and measurement to optimize the .com and app experiences. Expect to lead complex projects, combine descriptive and advanced analytics, and translate data into action for business questions from conversion to product launches. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape ecommerce strategy and decisions.

Perform deep-dive analyses on business problems and underperforming areas to identify opportunities for the .com and app experience
Serve as the KPI and conversion funnel expert for EU ecommerce and lead forecasting
Act as the primary consultant on testing methodologies and help size opportunities to drive growth
Build and maintain self-service data tools in Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude; manage roadmaps and backlogs
Ensure reliability of eCom formula and conversion funnel KPIs through robust reporting
Apply advanced statistical techniques to uncover non-obvious trends in browsing behavior and support day-to-day decisions
Lead end-to-end analytical projects and oversee workload of 3 direct reports
Collaborate with EU e-commerce teams and Global Analytics/Data Engineering to connect insights with consumer and marketing analytics
