As Senior Manager UX Design, you lead the creation of digital experiences that blend beauty with usability. You’ll guide cross-functional teams through research, concept, and detailed design to deliver compelling products and services. You’ll shape design vision with clients, drive innovation (including AI-enabled interfaces), and elevate our practice through opportunities in engagements and thought leadership. This role combines leadership, client impact, and design excellence in a global, collaborative environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Lead UX design engagements for digital products, platforms, and services
  • Champion user-centered design and advocate for user needs throughout the process
  • Drive design innovation with clients, including AI-enabled design and adaptive interfaces
  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive interfaces
  • Mentor consultants and foster a learning, craft-driven culture
  • Collaborate with strategists, developers, and product owners to bring ideas to life
  • Ensure design quality, consistency, and innovation across projects
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership in UX/UI
  • Manage commercials: shape pursuits, scope contracts, and protect margin while delivering impact

Belangrijkste vereisten

  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with strong digital consultancy background
  • Proven leadership in design teams and client-facing roles
  • Experience in business development and managing commercials
  • Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping platforms
  • Passion for design systems, accessibility, and pixel-perfect execution
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
