You act as a trusted advisor to clients and a studio-wide thought leader, connecting disciplines to deliver ambitious, human-centered visions. You frame problems, guide research, and articulate clear strategic directions that influence creative execution. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own end-to-end strategic experience design process from brief to concept and vision
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across research, strategy, design and technology
- Frame client challenges with clarity and translate complexity into actionable directions
- Drive discovery, stakeholder interviews, user research, competitive analysis and synthesis
- Act as trusted advisor to senior clients and identify opportunities beyond the engagement
- Develop pitches, proposals and new business opportunities with client service teams
- Communicate experience visions and strategic recommendations clearly to internal and external audiences
- Establish and champion human-centered design methodologies across the studio
- Coach mid-level and junior team members and model intellectual curiosity and collaboration
- Contribute to shaping the culture of Experience Design and Strategy
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Experience in consultancy, experience design agency or innovation environment
- Proven track record leading end-to-end experience and service design across digital and physical touchpoints
- Deep expertise in qualitative research methodologies (ethnography, UX research, cultural analysis) and synthesis into strategic direction
- Experience developing growth strategies, value propositions or new digital products/services
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to inspire clients and teams
- Strong cross-functional leadership and management of senior client relationships
- Genuine passion for business, culture and technology and curiosity about the future of experience design
