As Technical SEO Lead, you safeguard and optimize the technical health of Fever’s global transactional ecosystems (feverup.com and white-label networks) to maximise visibility across traditional search and AI-enabled platforms. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering and Data teams to implement scalable SEO concepts, run experiments, and monitor impact. This role blends strategy, advanced analytics and hands-on optimization to drive sustainable organic growth. You help shape how millions discover Fever’s experiences through robust information architecture and performance tuning.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Own technical SEO for feverup.com and Fever group sites, ensuring robust information architecture and scalable optimization
Analyze and optimize information architecture, including crawling, indexing, structured data and Core Web Vitals
Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs, aligning with latest SEO/GEO requirements
Lead monitoring and KPI tracking with large-scale log analysis and dashboards (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk or similar)
Collaborate with Data, Product and Systems to execute the technical roadmap and run rigorous experiments to grow traffic and rankings
Audit and measure engineering changes to prevent visibility losses and maintain continuous SEO performance
Design, implement and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings at a rigorous pace
Stay up-to-date with search industry changes and adapt sites quickly to comply with new requirements

Belangrijkste vereisten

Proven 7+ years as a technical SEO for high-traffic sites, preferably ecommerce
Experience with international sites and local market adaptation of global SEO strategy
Self-managed, proactive, and data-driven with strong analytics skills
Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to SEO and automation
Deep knowledge of search ranking factors including emerging LLM-enabled ecosystems
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS; familiarity with CDN performance
Experience with industry-standard/enterprise SEO software
Up-to-date SEO practices and ownership mindset; team-oriented
Spanish and English written and oral communication skills
Nice-to-have: Google Apps Script, Python, SQL, workflows automation
Experience in leading or managing teams (bonus)
