Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure safe, reliable operation of offshore equipment through commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems. You will work on global projects within the Aftermarket/Services team, interfacing with Service Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to drive customer satisfaction and asset performance. You’ll contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement while gaining international offshore exposure. This position offers hands-on technical challenges and pathways to senior technical roles.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Perform commissioning, inspections, installation, upgrades, repairs, and troubleshooting of offshore equipment (cranes, jacking, skidding, fixation systems)
- Execute service activities across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and software disciplines with safety and quality compliance
- Supervise and support maintenance activities during offshore/on-site operations
- Prepare work method statements, pre-job meetings, and toolbox talks
- Provide technical support to customers during operations such as rig moves and jacking trials
- Report daily site activities and generate structured service/commissioning reports
- Promote strong safety and quality culture by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents
Belangrijkste vereisten
- MBO level 3/4 or HBO in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industry or offshore equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems
- Willingness to work internationally and offshore (~50%), including evenings and weekends
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
