Experteer Overview
As a Service Designer within the Digital Design team, you drive innovative digital travel experiences across websites, apps, and portals. You map end-to-end journeys, identify bottlenecks, and lead discovery projects that align digital and operational elements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape solutions that elevate the traveler experience and support the company’s mission to redefine digital travel standards. This role blends research, service design, and stakeholder facilitation to deliver tangible, customer-centric improvements.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop innovative digital travel experiences with cross-functional partners (designers, researchers, copywriters, product owners)
- Identify bottlenecks and needs through research to shape future digital traveler solutions
- Initiate and lead discovery projects using service design methods
- Manage multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research
- Create and manage digital customer journeys and service blueprints
- Facilitate collaborative sessions
- Communicate research and project results effectively
- Align initiatives across the Digital team
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Solid grounding in Service Design & Design Thinking with hands-on experience
- Systems thinking to address end-to-end service ecosystems
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Independence, initiative, and stakeholder management
- Strategic mindset with ability to evangelise service design practices
- Interest in travel and experience industries; mobility experience is a plus
- Thrive on innovation, curiosity, and global trend awareness
- Strong collaboration and insights-to-product translation skills
