Experteer Overview

As Team Lead Trading, you steer the trading agenda for the Content and Risk domains, aligning strategy with commercial goals and governance. You defend and refine the plan at executive level while coaching two teams toward high performance. You influence profitability, competitiveness, and product innovation in a data-driven, responsible gaming environment. This role partners with Product, BI, CRM and strategic stakeholders to deliver cross-functional impact in a leading Dutch sportsbook.

Salary between 5.300,- and 7.800,- gross per month
Bonus scheme
Full-time 40 hours

Drive continuous improvement across processes, quality, and commercial output
Communicate and defend strategy at C-level
Maintain governance, documentation and audit-ready standards
Build a culture of ownership, expertise and collaboration

Belangrijkste vereisten

8+ years of sportsbook trading experience
3+ years in leadership
Strong strategic thinker with attention to operational detail
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Understanding of Online and Retail sportsbook dynamics (a plus)
Strong knowledge of Dutch gambling legislation
Fluent in Dutch and English
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
Office presence in Rijswijk
