In this Technical Recruiter role, you will source and close top engineering talent for Gauntlet’s crypto-focused teams, partnering with engineering leaders to scale specialized profiles. You’ll design diverse pipelines, optimize interview processes, and harness on-chain and crypto community signals to attract elite candidates. You’ll operate in a remote-first, high-ownership culture that values rigor and depth, helping Gauntlet sustain growth while maintaining its risk-aware, research-driven identity. This role offers a meaningful impact on building the economic backbone of major crypto networks.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Own sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, and closing for technical roles (e.g., quantitative developers, protocol researchers, full-stack developers)
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines across multiple functions
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance
  • Leverage on-chain reputation tools, GitHub activity, DAO contributions, Crypto Twitter/Farcaster/Discord communities, open source communities, hackathons, L2 ecosystems and crypto-specific hiring channels
  • Work directly with engineering leadership & hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain structured hiring pipelines, interview scorecards, and ATS hygiene
  • Implement structured evaluation frameworks aligned with Gauntlet's standards
  • Proactively suggest improvements to hiring processes, outreach copy, interview structure, and branding across technical roles

Belangrijkste vereisten

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally in crypto, protocol development, or deep-tech environments
  • Proven ability to hire senior engineers, quant researchers, or other highly specialized profiles
  • Understanding of core crypto concepts, especially DeFi
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical products and value propositions
  • Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and build relationships with stakeholders
