In this role you support the Sales Director to drive revenue and customer satisfaction across international markets. You will identify market opportunities, manage the sales process, and maintain relationships with customers at all levels. You translate inquiries into proposals, update pricing, and coordinate handovers to international technical teams. You’ll work with CRM/ERP systems to track KPIs and support project execution with service and manufacturing partners. This is a dynamic, globally connected role with travel and growth opportunities.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate commercial objectives into concrete actions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Identify market opportunities and continuously improve the sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across all organisational levels
- Evaluate inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain and update pricing and delivery times for budgets and proposals
- Monitor market trends and provide structured monthly/quarterly reporting
- Manage initial application assessments, pre-qualification, costs, and proposals
- Coordinate order handovers to technical teams in the Netherlands and other locations and support project execution
- Resolve technical issues with service specialists and partners
- Keep CRM/ERP records and sales KPIs up to date
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or related fields (bulk material handling, equipment or system sales, maintenance, or services)
- Solid understanding of mechanical equipment and installation principles
- Exposure to cement, minerals, metallurgy, power generation, or fertiliser production
- Higher professional education in technical or commercial discipline with relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, persuasive and credible communication
- Customer-focused, professional, presentable and clear in communication
- Structured, accurate working style with independence and collaboration
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM and/or ERP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English; Dutch (high level) preferred and German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (~10-30%)
