Strengthen institutional client relationships and drive growth through proactive issue resolution and cross-functional execution
Own end-to-end client engagement, coordinating with Service and Commercial teams
Deepen executive-level relationships with investment offices and key stakeholders to elevate satisfaction and expand cross-sell
Serve as primary contact for Global Risk Solutions (Performance & Compliance) handling performance, risk, and analytics inquiries
Lead initiatives and projects autonomously, delivering high-quality client service across sales, onboarding, migration, and conversion
Coordinate across functions to align investment data, operations, and technology and resolve data-quality and technical issues
