    Role

    • Leverage internal KPIs and reports to identify areas of potential efficiencies;
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis, translate and communicate results to stakeholders;
    • Design process improvements based on process redesign, RPA solution or IT interface with the business functions;
    • Coordinate and ensure implementation of the improvements;
    • Build and improve reporting that helps the stakeholders understand the performance of their business segment and identify action points;
    • Monitor and track productivity gains;
    • Define improvement targets;
    • Ensure qualitative and timely delivery of the improvement solutions;
    • Build productivity roadmap;
    • Support the change of culture at local level;
    • Partner with BCP teams & IT & CoE RPA to design and execute the solution;
    • Communication activities: monthly status presentation to local Exco, monthly preparation of intranet communication, presentation during the local business review;
    • Train staff to lean management principles to spread the culture;
    • Enforce lean management principles at local level.

    Candidate

    • HBO/Bachelor or similar degree;
    • Market knowledge and good understanding of both financial and insurance markets and regulations
    • Good understanding of the IT landscape
    • At least 3 years relevant experience in IT
    • Ongoing change management

    Deal

    • Excellent primary and secondary benefit
    • 13th month and 8% holiday allowance
    • Workweek fulltime: 38 hours (work 40 hours meaning 104 hours as ATV hours, you can make a choice to payout 100%, take the 104 hours as free time or do this 50/50)
    • 25 holidays
    • Performance Bonus: 5% on target, 100% score. Over achievement possible to 165%
