    • Strategy and Planning: As part of the MT you help build the strategy for the company. Based on this strategy, you develop and implement a cohesive B2B strategy. Identify opportunities and improvements to our B2B proposition.
    • Securing Business Deals: Actively engage and close deals with B2B clients interested in bulk purchasing of electronic payment-, gaming- and gift- cards.
    • Prospect Engagement: Work with B2B marketing to identify, acquire, and nurture new prospective clients.
    • Financial Transactions: Manage customer payment top-ups to their accounts.
    • Product Management: Collaborate with the Procurement team to expand our catalog based on client feedback and demand.
    • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide directly 2 sales people and a B2B marketeer.
    • Market Research: Continually seek out new product opportunities and stay abreast of market trends.
    • People & Stakeholder management: Support, grow and develop the team, and recruit new talent. Strong stakeholder management to other departments. Set clear governance on decision-making.


    • 7+ years in B2B Sales and Business development, with a proven commercial track record
    • A passion for negotiating and closing deals
    • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient with digital CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
    • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
    • Proactive, a critical thinker, and an excellent communicator.
    • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) for Korsit.
    • Able to work from our Eindhoven office for at least 4 days per week.
    • Industry experience is a plus
    • Existing network is a plus
    • University degree is a plus
