    Role

    • Defining the Strategy



    Define and develop the long term strategic plans and creating a compelling picture for the Netherlands business which generates full stakeholder engagement for their delivery.

    • Financial Management



    Ensure that the Netherlands business has strong financial governance and management including market access and an effective logistics process to deliver a sustainable and profitable business, taking full responsibility for the Netherlands business P&L within budget.

    • Driving Sales



    Define, develop and implement short and long-term marketing and sales plans which deliver the brand propositions and sales targets and grow the business.

    • Increasing Market Share



    Identify opportunities to leverage commercial advantages and increased market share and take appropriate actions to take full advantage of them.

    • Leadership



    Provide the Dutch team with the leadership, motivation and guidance they need to enable them to deliver their sales targets, grow the business and maintain operational standards.

    • Stakeholder Management



    Engage the key influencers of the business and securing engagement in medical and clinical projects to expand the network and drive sustained business growth.

    Candidate

    • Bachelor or Master Degree
    • 5+ years Pharmaceutical Experience
    • 5+ years Management Experience
    • HCP experience
    • Experience in P&L business management
    • Dutch & English language both speaking and written

    Deal

    • Salary range 100k-120K
    • Bonus arrangement
    • 30 holidays
    • Lease car
